We ship safely and reliably with DHL or. UPS (Valued Package). Pick up in person.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number provided on the official DHL or UPS websites;

Item is unworn, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging / jewelry case.
Excluded: items that have been customized (e.g., ring resizing/engraving), custom-made items, and items that show significant signs of wear or use.
