This is dental gold, which consists of chromium and cobalt and has been subsequently gold-plated.

This can be seen, among other things, in the following points:

• The tooth fragments found in the material are surprisingly white, which suggests contact with lye. Lye is used in the gilding process.
• The surfaces, both inside and out, look too “new”

Apparently, someone took some simple chrome/cobalt material and had it gold-plated afterward.
